The App’s AI coaching experience is trained and configured using the Success Buffet Pyramid™ Playbook and related frameworks developed through Yvette Dubel’s two decades of research and development in personal innovation, systems thinking, leadership, reflection, planning, and sustainable growth.
Features, content, availability, pricing, and functionality may change from time to time. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App or any feature with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or that any particular feature or content will remain available. You are responsible for determining whether the App is appropriate for your needs and for maintaining copies of information you submit or create through the App that you wish to preserve.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials.
You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account, whether or not you personally authorized that activity. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your account to another person unless we expressly authorize it in writing.
The App is intended for personal and professional development, reflection, planning, and educational purposes. Its coaching experience is based on the Success Buffet Pyramid™ Playbook and related frameworks developed through Yvette Dubel’s two decades of research and development.

The AI coach may provide prompts, questions, summaries, reflections, suggestions, planning guidance, or other coaching-related content based on those materials and frameworks. It may also use information you provide through workbook activities and coaching conversations to generate responses relevant to your stated goals and reflections.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It may not reflect the full context of your situation and should not be treated as a statement of fact, professional recommendation, or guaranteed result.
The App’s use of the Success Buffet Pyramid™ Playbook and related frameworks does not mean that the AI coach has independent professional judgment or that its responses have been reviewed by a licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional.
You are solely responsible for:
Your use of AI coaching content does not create a therapeutic, fiduciary, medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional relationship between you and the Owner.
You understand and agree that your use of the App is voluntary and at your own risk.
You accept responsibility for evaluating whether the App, its content, and any AI-generated guidance are appropriate for your circumstances.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, goals, plans, interpretations, and outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
You acknowledge that reflection, planning, and personal-development work may bring up difficult thoughts, emotions, memories, or questions. You accept responsibility for choosing whether, when, and how to engage with the App and for seeking appropriate support when needed.
We do not guarantee that the App or its content will:
Testimonials and descriptions of potential benefits reflect individual experiences. They are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees of results.
You retain ownership of the workbook answers, reflections, text, and other content that you submit to the App (“User Content”).
You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, and provide the App and its features using your User Content.
You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate the law, these Terms, or the rights of another person.
You should not submit information that you do not want processed through the App. Do not submit another person’s confidential, sensitive, or personal information without appropriate authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or created a risk to the App, another user, or another person.
The Success Buffet Pyramid™, Success Buffet Pyramid™ Playbook, Empowered Innovation System, CFAaP™, related frameworks, methods, concepts, research, development materials, App design, text, prompts, graphics, organization, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Yvette Dubel, Empowered Innovation CFAaP LLC, or their respective rights holders.
This includes the frameworks and intellectual property developed through Yvette Dubel’s two decades of research and development and used to train or configure the App’s AI coaching experience.
Except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the App, the AI coaching experience, the Success Buffet Pyramid™ Playbook, or any related proprietary materials without prior written permission.
Your User Content remains yours, subject to the limited license described in these Terms.
The App may rely on third-party services, including hosting, authentication, artificial-intelligence, payment, analytics, or other technology providers.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, performance, content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s separate terms and policies.
The App and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Yvette Dubel, Empowered Innovation CFAaP LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or expected savings arising out of or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continuing to provide access creates operational, legal, or safety concerns.
You may stop using the App at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, applicable law, or other business needs.
We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the App or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us through the contact information below and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern.
Any dispute-resolution process, including mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings, will be conducted in accordance with applicable California law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the App and supersede prior understandings concerning that subject.
